Gan Cheng Swee
Executive Chairman
Mr Gan Cheng Swee is the Executive Chairman of Lionmas and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth since its early days.
Under his leadership, Lionmas has expanded from its first branch in 1993 into a multi-chain retail company. Today, the Group operates over 40 branches across Johor, Selangor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan, supported by its headquarters and factory warehouse facilities in Masai, Johor.
With a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth, Mr Gan has established Lionmas as a trusted regional retail brand. The Group employs approximately 300 staff members and continues to strengthen its market presence under his steady and visionary leadership.
In addition to his role at Lionmas, Mr Gan also serves as the Committee Chairman for the Malaysian Social Entrepreneurs Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to social impact and entrepreneurial development in the region.
Lim Ken Chai
Managing Director
Lim Ken Chai serves as the Managing Director of LionMas, providing strategic guidance and supporting the Group’s governance framework as well as its long-term organisational development.
With a strong background in finance and corporate management, Mr Lim brings valuable insights in financial discipline, risk awareness, and corporate governance. His experience supports the Group’s commitment to prudent management and sustainable growth.
Mr Lim is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), reflecting his strong professional commitment to governance and financial excellence.
Neoh Choo Cheong
General Manager
Neoh Choo Cheong serves as the General Manager of LionMas, overseeing the company’s overall business operations, nationwide retail performance, and profit and loss management. He leads operational strategy and cross-functional execution across the organisation, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational excellence, and customer experience.
With extensive experience in retail operations and organisational leadership, Neoh focuses on strengthening execution discipline, enhancing operational efficiency, and building scalable systems to support sustainable business growth. Working closely with the Group’s leadership, he translates strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that drive operational performance, enhance efficiency, and ensure organisational alignment.
Neoh brings deep institutional knowledge and hands-on expertise, having grown alongside the company for over 15 years. He joined LionMas in 2009 as an Operations Executive and progressed through key leadership roles, including Branch Manager (2011), Area Manager (2012), Operations Manager (2014), and Furniture Division General Manager (2018), before being appointed General Manager in 2024.
He is committed to building a high-performance organisation driven by accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, creating long-term value for customers, partners, and employees.

Yen Gan
Head of People, Culture & Growth
Yen Gan serves as the Head of People, Culture & Growth at LionMas, leading organizational development, talent strategy, and high-performance culture to drive sustainable business growth.
Focusing on human capital, she is instrumental in aligning talent with long-term objectives. She has successfully led the development of comprehensive training ecosystems and performance-driven frameworks, ensuring LionMas’s retail network remains agile, disciplined, and competitive.
Yen brings a profound, multi-functional understanding of the business, having evolved with the company over 15 years. Joining LionMas in 2009 as a Marketing Executive, she progressed through key leadership roles—including HR Manager—before assuming her current position in 2024. Her background in both marketing and HR allows her to bridge operational excellence with people-centric leadership.
Her leadership is defined by an intuitive people-centric approach underpinned by operational rigor, fostering environments that deliver lasting value to all stakeholders.

Err Ai Yong
Head of Admin & Credit Control
Err Ai Yong is the Head of Administration & Credit Control at LionMas, where she oversees the Group’s administrative functions and manages the Easy Payment (EP) Schemes, which provide customers with flexible installment plans for purchasing household products.
Having joined LionMas in 1993, Ms Err brings over three decades of experience within the Group. She plays a key role in coordinating administrative operations while ensuring effective monitoring and management of the Group’s Easy Payment Scheme portfolio.
Prior to her tenure at LionMas, Ms Err began her career in accounting and administrative roles across several organisations, including an accounting firm, a legal firm, and commercial enterprises. Through these experiences, she developed strong capabilities in bookkeeping, office administration, and operational coordination, which support the efficient management of the Group’s EP Schemes / installment plans programme.
Ms Err has completed training in Accounting & Bookkeeping, Computer Studies, and Secretarial Practice, equipping her with practical knowledge in administrative and financial processes.
She is proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese, enabling effective engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
